Be Part of Hairdressing History: Enter the AIPP Awards 2024-2025!

Renowned worldwide, the AIPP Awards have become one of the most celebrated events in the hair industry, attracting participation from leading hairdressers across the globe each year. Since its establishment in 1997 by the Association Internationale Presse Professionnelle Coiffure (AIPP), the competition has recognized excellence and creativity in hair artistry.

Participating is simple: Hairdressers are invited to submit their collections of 3 images per entry and/or videos through the official website before the deadline. Submit your entries online at www.aipp.net

A jury of editors from AIPP-affiliated professional press will carefully evaluate submissions and select winners across seven categories, showcasing the best hair collections worldwide:

Best Avant-garde: Recognizing work which has researched new, original, futuristic ideas.

Best Commercial: Celebrating the most outstanding commercial hairdressing collections of the year, this award honors hairstyles that are both fashionable and accessible to clients in salons.

Best Color: The best hairstyles' collection in terms of haircolor fashion, originality & overall quality.

Best Men: This category honors the best hair fashion collection showcasing creativity and skill in men’s hairdressing.

Best Digital: A category created to recognize hair fashion collections featuring computer-generated images, virtual models/hair, and/or AI-generated images without any restrictions. Important note: collections must be submitted under the name of an individual hairdresser or hairdressing salon.

Best Young Talent: Recognizing the best hair fashion collection created by hairdressers born in 1994 or later (only those aged 30 or younger in 2024 are eligible). Please include your date of birth in the credits of your collection submission.

Best Video: For the best hairdressing video of the year, created by a hairdresser or hair salon (not by product companies). The theme and length of the video are open. The video must be uploaded to a social media platform such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Vimeo, or others.

The AIPP Awards Hall of Fame boasts legendary names such as Trevor Sorbie, Lluís Llongueras, Robert Lobetta, Aldo Coppola, Vidal Sassoon, and Jacques Dessange, among many others. This is your chance to join the ranks of hairdressing icons!
